Ice Breaking & Team Build Problem Solving in North Wales

No man is an Island; learning to work together with others is a critical life

In life, it is important to learn the skill of working as part of a group. Whilst this may sound obvious, the human psyche and ego often gets in the way of working effectively as a part of a team. This applies to children and young people, but also very often, adults in work.

Neither the classroom nor the workplace teaches this; it’s something you’re just expected to know – but how can you know unless you’ve had appropriate training?

Open Door Adventure’s Team Building activities and courses are designed to enable Managers to have a better understanding of their workforce, but equally, for staff to learn how to work effectively together through a wide range of challenging but fun activities and ultimately this means enabling organisations to reach their goals.

For children and young people, embedding the principles of team work from an early age, is part of the education they need to succeed in life.
