In life, it is important to learn the skill of working as part of a group.  Whilst this may sound obvious, the human psyche and ego often gets in the way of working effectively as a part of a team.  This applies to children and young people, but also very often, adults in work.

More and more companies are recognising that for their business to truly deliver the expectations laid on them, it is critical to have employees who work happily and effectively together.

Neither the classroom nor the workplace teaches this; it’s something you’re just expected to know – but how can you know unless you’ve had appropriate training?
